Return Policy

At McCall Avenue, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    •    Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

    •    Final sale items, accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

    1.    Request a Return – Email us at mccallavenue@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2.    Ship the Item – Once you receive a response from us and your return or exchange is approved, we will provide the return address. You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. Please securely package the item and use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    3.    Refund/Exchange Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you are requesting an exchange, we will issue store credit so you can place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

    •  Original shipping costs are non-refundable
